The Writing Squad - Join The Writing Squad

The Writing Squad is a community of young writers aged 16-22 based in the North of England. They offer a free two-year program of workshops and one-on-one support to help these writers develop their skills and launch their careers.

The Squad supports writers of all genres, including poetry, prose, playwriting, screenwriting, creative non-fiction, and even lyricism and performance art. They foster a collaborative environment where artists can create new work together and champion each other's growth.

The Writing Squad is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of talented writers in the North.
